Minors in Music, the high school and college jazz musician program of Art Porter Music Education will be performing at the River Market today at noon in a free concert.  Yesterday, they kicked off the 2014 A Work of Art with a preview at City Hall.

The students are under the direction of Dr. Danny Fletcher.
