Several cultural institutions are opening up today as the thaw out continues.  Among those open are the William J. Clinton Presidential Center, Museum of Discovery and Arkansas Arts Center.  The Central Arkansas Library System is expecting many, if not all, of its branches to reopen today as well.

The Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s production of White Christmas reopened last night and continues through December 30.

As always, best advice is to call ahead to ensure other cultural institutions, movie theatres, and other entertainment venues are open.
